I purchased 2 sets of 2 power banks with the idea to send 2 to a family member and friend in Ukraine and keep 2 for my wife and I. Upon initial informal test charging my phone, a Moto G power, I got the impression capacity was vastly overrated. I promptly ordered a test meter and tested all 4 power banks multiple times over the past couple days. All 4 were consistently <5,000 mAh (~24wh) with an occasional discharge cycle barely breaking slightly above 5,000... They did all 4 seem to hold ~4.95+v throughout discharge under a load of 2.0a from either port until the final few seconds before shutoff. Recharge via micro USB or USB C seemed not to matter, either started at just under 2a and tapered to virtually nothing just prior to indicating full charge. Overinflating capacity specs seems to be common with these power banks in general when sellers should have the decency to be truthful about their products since some may depend greatly on the capability hitting a certain mark... In any case, given the modest price and understanding the shortcomings, these may be an ok unit for day to day use commuting or otherwise where power to top them back up is handy. As a gift to someone in a war zone dealing with intermittent power outages requiring an emergency power source for phone charging and powering some led lights..., these are a no go. I just started processing the return so if you notice a warehouse deal on like new units they may be these. Cheers, good luck, and may God bless you!
