Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This was an Amazon First Reads Book and I figured I would try it. I’m on page 40, which is a 10th of the way through the book. I read a lot and, although I have high literary standards, I have a very open mind. I can’t adequately describe how awful this is. I am not even going to waste my time to go into detail. I’ll just say—1. I have NO IDEA how this was even published 2. Why in the world did anyone review this above 1 or 2 stars—and 3. If it’s really a fantastic book, deserving of some of these reviews on Amazon, WHEN O WHEN does it get ‘good’???? I’m not going to keep reading to find out...lots of other intriguing books out there.
