READ ALL THE LOW REVIEWS! You will see it is not people just hating on the product or doing something wrong to cause the product to not work. These pans are awful! they were incredible the first month or so but gradually got worse and worse over time and after 6 months are unusable. The manufacturer has a lifetime warranty THAT THEY WILL NOT BACK! They told me to pay the $20 shipping to send the pans in so they can examine and provide replacement or repair. Bet you know what happened. I got the crappy pans back in the mail with a letter stating they will not replace or repair because there is no manufacturer defect! In other words yes the pans are crap because they were manufactured that way so when they fail we don't have to warranty the product! DO NOT MISTAKE THIS REVIEW for your standard upset jerk that is never happy and will blast anything and everything. I only write reviews when I have a spare moment and really loved something. I have never even written a negative review. I bought these pans Strictly on price and all the excellent reviews. I made huge mistake. I research everything and I knew the price was to good to be true. Ask yourself how a company can sell sets of non stick ceramic cook ware that is dishwasher safe for so much lower than the industry and trusted manufacturers are selling them for. Guess what they can't! Think about it and watch the prices for these sets on amazon they are always on special. They regularly are on flash sales and discount. The reason for this is simple. If they sell high volume cheaply made product that at least does well for a short amount of time for an incredible price then most reviews will be positive because a high percentage of people will review with in the first few weeks and months and of course the pans are doing decently in that time frame and the person got a smoking deal so they are excited to write a positive review which then adds to the cycle of people buying these pans and giving good reviews. We bought these pans and immediately read all instructions and cared for these pans exactly as the instructions stated and they failed quickly! once they get a little something stuck to the surface that is the beginning of the end. I bought a 20 piece set I only sent back 3 pans for warranty as those 3 failed the worst. You would think the manufacturer would replace those 3 pans. Nope! not at all and they could care less. Their lack of response and action tells me this is a common problem and they cant afford to replace MANY sets of pans. Think about it, most companies that have random and few warranty concerns will replace a couple pans out of a set of 20 even if they believe there is no defect in the name of good customer service. However they will not replace even 1 or 2 if they are receiving lots of complaints and warranty request because that would cost far too much. My final say on WearEver as a company. I have researched this company and brand. Had I not had these issues I would have continued to buy their products. They are a company that has done great things for the military and been an innovator using good old fashioned American ingenuity. Most of their Aluminum products seem to be top quality. This makes it even harder for me to bash this product. The simple truth is that their product failed and I am out my hard earned money. Yes they priced to sell and I seemingly got a great deal but now I have to replace this set less than 8 months after purchasing a product that has lifetime warranty. Unfortunately this company that stood for good old fashioned American values has engaged in deceitful marketing and poor craftsmanship when it comes to this product. I will never purchase their products again and I will actively share my displeasure to any poor sole that is willing to listen. I truly feel like somebody came into my house opened my wallet and stole my money.
