What a giant hassle. I’m only writing this review out of spite for how frustrating of an experience this has been, and how terrible Zinus customer service has been. If I can sway just one person from wasting their money on this my review will be a success. It arrived with one of the slats broken. I figured it was only one and wouldn’t be that big of a deal. Boy was I wrong. Imagine a small crack on your windshield that just continues to spreads. I ordered this to go with a new sleep in latex medium mattress. Don’t do this. Don’t use this for any heavy mattress or anything latex. It is too heavy and will break it because this is a poorly made Chinese piece of you know what. It will sag, break, and overall make you miserable. Then when you ask for your money back zinus will have the nerve to ask you to ship it back. LOL. I spent fifty dollars on this ( it’s quite a bit more now) and I feel like I was completely scammed. BUYER BEWARE. JUST SAY NO.
