When I spend 40 bucks on a STAINLESS STEEL toilet plunger and brush set, I expect a quality product, not to have to fish the handle top out of a dirty toilet bowl ON THE FIRST USE cause it popped off! Especially, when less expensive moulded plastic offerings wouldn't have this problem! Now technically, it is still functional, but it ain't worth what they're charging. We'll see how they respond, and if they care about customer Service.
