We purchased an Ashley end table and when we received it the drawer was inoperative because the glider/slide had fallen apart. I called the 800 number provided by Ashley and was told that since I ordered the product from Amazon they would NOT help me with the problem! All I wanted was a replacement glider/slide and I would have gladly replaced it myself. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER ASHLEY product! PERIOD! This is NOT Amazon's fault! joel
