After reading amazing reviews and purchasing few other brands from BBB that didn’t work, I was excited to get this one. Absolutely THE worst purchase of them all. First of, I see an engineering problem with all the pieces being stuck near the blades and never making it into the disposal attachment. I ended up using a long coffee straw every single time to clean it up near the blade area and almost always my white disposal box was empty. It is too narrow at the bottom, so the air flow that this product creates is not enough for all leftovers to make it thru the very narrow opening. It is such a pain to clean it up and my hands were all covered in a fiber when I was using the product. Second problem- it simply doesn’t work on fine cotton fabrics. It made 4 holes in my shirt I purchased in Copenhagen and I am beyond upset about it. It literally ripped my shirt while I used it in the gentle setting. It hardly works on sweaters after 4 tries. Hopefully I can get a refund for this awful junk.
