Don't get this printer unless you only use Brother toners. It is programmed to 'not play nice' with generic toners, giving all sorts of pop ups and errors, telling you about a hundred times a day to purchase genuine Brother toner. Yeah, in a busy office that's like another car payment! We're going back to our very forgiving Samsung printer, which uses any toner you can throw at it. This Brother goes to the store room as a back up, or maybe the janitor can sell it for gas money.
