On April 7th, after only 5 times using the product, and 5 weeks after receiving the product, it failed. The hose exploded in two places as it was expanding. Efforts to reach Amazon for help or the manufacturer have resulted in no help. This is the first time that I have purchased a product from Amazon that has failed. The order expired on March 27th after 30 days following receipt of the product and the WEB site is not designed to handle complaints after that. This has been my most frustrating experience with any Amazon purchase. Amazon should take a good look at their Customer Service reporting method.
