Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This didn't even last a full year. I went to hook up hoses to it for the summer and the black plastic collar that screws onto the faucet broke. Not sturdy at all, except maybe in a very sheltered area. Not good when it's exposed to the elements. I need to mention also that since I posted this review I have been receiving a continuous stream of harassing e-mails from the vendor, possibly offering me incentives to change my review. I have contacted Amazon regarding this harassment, but so far no action has been taken. I do hope that Amazon does something about this: the e-mails are getting more aggressive, and they are a continuing source of annoyance. You may be sure that I will never again buy anything from Good Assistant. THE E-MAILS ARE NOW COMING AT THE RATE OF ONE EVERY DAY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GOOD ASSISTANT: THEY ABUSE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. They also change their e-mail address constantly, so I have had to blacklist the entire @marketplace.amazon.com domain to get any relief from the spam.
