If you buy this book to read about why Cliff Sims despises Trump and everyone in the West Wing, you will be disappointed. He writes like a student at a Bible college -- full of optimism, compelled by a mission, observes everything through the lens that is his church,, and driven to see the good in everyone. Sims reminds me of Kenneth Parcell on "30 Rock," so eager to please, so quick to offer respect to those who don't deserve it. I am returning my copy of "Team of Vipers" because I feel like I've been had.
