Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was very much looking forward to this because of all the good reviews. This one I received is NOT new. The outside box was damaged and ripped. Once inside after opening case I found debris on the felt. There was a hair wrapped around the handle. The attachments were dirty. The motor sounds loose inside. There are plastic shavings coming out of the holes. There is a “best wishes” bag inside the case that doesn’t even belong. This is disgusting. I am returning for a replacement. I will update with new review when I receive new package.
