Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Worked great in my space. Here is my issue...it broke. The pulley assembly is not attached to the pull bar. When the end cap flew off...the pull assembly slipped free and wrapped inside the main housing. No way to open it up and pull it free. This is why it gets one star...Sunny Health has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 43 phone calls...3 messages left on the voice mail. 7 emails to customer service by me and 2 from my husband. 6 weeks without my rower trying to get it fixed before finally calling Amazon and asking for help. Sunny only responded once with a canned email telling me they were very busy and would get back to me as quickly as possible. 6 weeks is nonsense. So I took a loss sending it back to Amazon. All in I’m out a $100 but I will never ever (not ever ever) buy another product from Sunny Health. I will spend twice as much from someone else to never do business with a company who has such a disregard for their customers.
