I like the look, and it was great when it was new, but one of the faucet handles has gradually become harder and harder to turn and it barely usable now. Took less than 3 years. This is apparently common with these faucets and many people are reporting the same issue, some in less than 2 years. I prefer faucets that last longer without maintenance. I called Moen and they sent a replacement cartridge. They also instructed me to back a screw inside the handle out a bit and that will hopefully keep this from happening again. So, looks like they had a bit of a quality control issue. Sadly, the new cartridge did not work. It was also difficult to get unscrewed, possibly because the cartridge was leaking because I found a lot of corrosion once I eventually got it off. Turned out while maybe the cartridge needed replacing, it was actually the handle itself that is sticking. I had to call Moen again. Now they are sending a new handle, but it may hake a month to arrive. It's nice that it's being handled under warranty, but this is taking a lot of time and effort. This faucet was way too expensive for all this time and trouble.
