Smaller than advertised size
I purchased the 21”x16” crate only to discover that the actual usable space is only 17 long x 12 wide. The picture shows this crate as compared to a crate that is actually 21” long x 13” wide & our average sized 12 pound cat. Clearly way too small. The crate itself was a good quality, I’m just dissapointed that the advertised specs were from the outermost edge of the seams where the fasteners go rather than the usable space.
