Have had the unit 7 months and hadn't had a power outage. A lightning storm took out the power yesterday afternoon. The UPS worked for a minute or two and then started beeping and displaying "F02". I googled "APC F02". This is a "fault" in the UPS and typically involves a return. Well, stuff like that happens. Then I started reading more and more links. This is a huge problem for APC and has been going on for years, with no resolution. I bought this UPS for my workstation. I have 4 larger APC Smart-UPS with network management cards for servers and networking equipment. But after researching how many people this "F02" issue has affected, and how long it has been going on, I need to find another manufacturer. APC - I'm really disappointed in you.
