We bought a piece of exercise equipment (the ActivcycleMotorized Leg and Arm Bike) for an elderly neighbor last summer and the item stopped . We bought it on July 25th...since it stopped working we have been trying repeatedly to reach this company...we have phone and put on hold for hours, we have faxed the form and asked for a replacement part...Never heard a word back!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company. Extremely frustrating for an elderly person to put up with and she wasted $100.00 on this junk. Not any communication from them! We need a part number #10 controller but have had no satisfaction. I want to caution anybody who wants to purchase with them...
