Didn't have a good experience with these capsules. I was sick all day the first day I took them. I followed all the instructions and was on a diet plan. I felt like I had the stomach virus. Thought well maybe I did have the stomach virus. So I waited a week and same results. I felt so miserable. I am not trying in encourage anyone not to buy them because everyone's body take things differently. I just thought I'd share my experience. Good luck to those who may try or have successfully taken these with no problem.
