I purchased this machine from Amazon in May 2017. It worked moderately well for 18 months, and has now ceased working during October 2018. The pump has jammed and will no longer pump water. I took it apart and the pump is jammed solid. I gave it one star in my original review because of a persistent water leak by the handle. When you are done using it, water drips out of the handle onto the counter top. It also leaks from the handle during use. I took the handset apart a few times to try and fix this with variable success. For this price I would expect at least 5 years' service from this machine. I will buy a replacement, but of a different brand.
