but that doesn't matter. In fact, maybe if MORE people say this they will actually do something about it. I have a Kindle Fire HD 8.9 and a Fire HD 6. Hoopla does not even appear in the Amazon Appstore on the 8.9, but it DOES on the HD 6. Unfortunately, it's not compatible with the HD6. However, it seems that HDX users have had varying degrees of success installing and using the app. It's ridiculous that Hoopla is advertising that the app is available for the KINDLE Fire, when it is actually ONLY available for the Fire HDX. It's also ridiculous that the Hoopla App shows up in the offerings for the HD6 when it's not compatible. Further, it make no sense that Hoopla would only be available for ONE model of Fire tablet, when there are so many people who own previous models. Hoopla and Amazon both need to get their acts together and correct this issue. Because there is no way that you are going to get people who have perfectly good devices to drop more money on an HDX just to get Hoopla.
