I transferred the SanDisk 128 GB SD Card from my "old" Kindle Fire 10 to this new version and that's where the trouble started. Not only did it NOT read the music and book files it finally gave up the ghost and started giving me NUMEROUS error messages. 1) Incompatible micro SD card with Kindle fire 2) not enough space on SD card AND THEN 3) it kept saying the SD card was not inserted. Over and over and over. So I tried another SD Card from my son's Kindle Fire and got the same errors. And yet. Both SD Cards work perfectly fine with our other KIndle Fires. Thanks Amazon. I spent FOUR hours on this problem and now I have to schlep down to the UPS store and send it back.
