I didn't care for this at all. Everything people ...
I didn't care for this at all. Everything people did to get evicted was brushed aside.... if money is tight you can't use your rent money to travel out of state to volunteer with Katrina and then be surprised that you get evicted for nonpayment. If you're approved for 5 residents and you move another five in, that's called breaking the lease and eviction shouldn't come as a surprise. I felt landlords were being blamed for not providing free housing. I'm a liberal btw, also a social worker, also helped my dad manage 32 units. The profit margins for landlords are small. More than anything this book made me reflect on how people getting evicted need education on how to behave and how not to, blaming everyone but themselves solves nothing
