We used this Chefman air fryer daily for cooking, baking, and reheating leftovers, and loved how well it worked... until it mysteriously died about a month ago. Like previous reviews have said, it shut off in the middle of use, so I assumed it was too hot, unplugged it, waited a while, and plugged it back in - still no power. I assumed it tripped the circuit, so I tried a different outlet, still no power. I've since tried contacting customer service and using the warranty to receive a replacement, but have not heard back from Chefman (unless you count their automated emails). UPDATE: Someone from Chefman responded to my initial emails saying they would be “delighted” to help me, asked for some info, and never got back to me. It’s been several weeks. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this product.
