Allow me to first say that I am knowledgeable about cookware, cooking, appliances, recipes as a former Food Preparation & Nutrition teacher. Where do I start? (1) Huge, heavy, cumbersome, almost 27 pounds (2) 2 of the 3 lids are super thick and heavy with poor storability (3) Takes up to 55 minutes to build pressure plus the cook time plus 20 minutes for pressure to go down. (took total of 2 hours for the meat loaf-- NOT a time saver; my countertop or regular oven takes 45-60 minutes) (4) Cord is too short and ill placed since the steam release vents are not to be under upper cabinets and to turn it away sends the display panel to the back out of sight and wraps the cord around pot shortening it further (5) Requires an entire double cabinet to store the pot, lids and all the accessories---if the space is even tall enough for the pot; most items do not stack inside one another (6) Complicated and incomplete/incorrect usage directions and information (7) Difficult and time consuming to clean pressure and fry lids (8) Rack for air frying allows fries to fall through to bottom or next rack (9) If air frying, as with chicken, during the process you have to turn chicken that is on 2 stacking racks risking severe burns. Says it will fry 5 pounds of chicken, but each rack will only hold 2 small to medium pieces each. (10) Recipe book has major errors (ex: in bacon wrapped meat loaf, onion and oil are sautéed and set aside with no mention of adding it to the dish); (11) Cake and cheese cake pans are only 7 inches in diameter Waste of time & ingredients for 1/2 of normal recipe (12 Air fryer lid did not brown as shown. The bacon on the meat loaf was not browned but limp on top, sides etc. (13) When you purchase this you are agreeing to arbitration unless you opt out with no indication of what contact to make to do so (14) This vendor requires you to pay for return shipping (a previous reviewer said it cost her $75). Fortunately Amazon has agreed to pick up the return shipping expense if the vendor does not. LOVE, LOVE AMAZON’S ABC GUARANTEE. THANK YOU AMAZON!!! Too bad it is a poor product. Amazon also had a generous $25 off coupon that I took advantage of. (15) Super disappointed that the infomercial is staged. The cosmetic golden brown food appears enticing, but not true to life. The editing out of some steps doesn’t reveal the true preparation time or how much steam or the startling noise it makes. The size of the accessories, especially the spring form cheese cake pan is much smaller than pictured and not worth the trouble or time it takes. I am returning this ASAP! I am very disappointed that Emeril obviously has not reviewed his own imported products. I mistakenly trusted his integrity! BAM!
