I got this product to help with cravings. And though it works for that, it's mainly because my body becomes focused on purging all the contents from my stomach after drinking this. It gives me insane diarrhea that lasts for days. I didn't see anything in the reviews that mentioned this or anything I can read that does it. I have no idea why. I only ever drink 1-2 a day but decided to stay off it for a week. In that time, I recovered with normal stools, once a day. I had one just now for kicks and now my stomach is turning and it's back. It's hard to believe since there's almost nothing in this. But for me, this gives me so much diarrhea (visiting the bathroom 2-5 times a day, less frequent the more time away from drinking it) that I believe I'm probably losing more electrolytes I'm gaining drinking this. I have yet to figure it out since I am sticking to a strict diet.
