It’s important to understand that the is printer only works with the dymo software. So you can’t print from Word or another program. The software for dymo is terrible and unusable. You can’t copy and paste text. Every label requires a contact to be imported. It doesn’t even allow a logo return address to be used. Just overall disappointment and not Usable. I reached out to Dymo support and they just said they know and are sorry???
