These WERE the best proteolytic enzymes! I bought them religiously for 2 years and they changed my life! Unfortunately, the capsules are no longer enteric coated. I went through 2 bottles of the new timed-release vegetarian capsules and noticed a difference in my digestion and inflammation. I went straight to the bottle to study it. I realized they changed the coating! This is a big deal - they are obviously not getting to where they need to be, and proteolytic enzymes are only effective if they can get through the gut into the bloodstream! I can’t recommend these now, nor will I be taking an ineffective product. I am truly disappointed because they were really that good. I am also disappointed because they continue to be described and pictured as if they are still enteric coated. This is dishonest! I will be on the hunt for good proteolytic enzymes... Don’t waste your money on these!
