UV light stopped working. cannot get customer service to answer the phone or respond to emails
I received the AP-T30 yesterday. It started out working fine but after a couple of hours the UV light indicator started flashing. I looked in the users manual and it stated the bulb needs changing. I went online and submitted a ticket and received a confirmation email. Today I have not heard anything and if you call they just put you on hold. I’ve tried calling them 4 times now and no luck. I would not recommend anyone buying this product. It’s been 3 days now and still can’t get in touch with them.
