Kit wasn’t complete. Missing chrysalis holder. Contacted insect lore the day I received this and waited on hold for 30 min before they answered and then they took my address and said it would be shipped right away. A week and a half later I didn’t have it so I did a chat online with them explaining the situation and they apologized and said they would get me one and took my phone number and email and said a manager would contact me right away. Nobody called me ever. Nobody emailed me. I have no chrysalis holder despite paying for it. Extremely unhappy with the company. Besides that, the caterpillars grew fast and made their cocoons and came out yesterday. I had to Velcro the lid to the inside of the net. They’re beautiful and the kids enjoy them. I wouldn’t use this company again though. Terrible customer service.
