Bait and Switch
Buyer beware. I bought this book wanting to look at the advertized "real reviews of all the resorts". Guess what? The book states it us too much information to put in a book. The author states to try his app "Hawaii Revealed". That turned out to be a PAID app to the tune of $550 per year.
