After about one week of use, the charger started turning off intermittently after it was plugged in. A week or two after that, it just started lighting up for only a few seconds before shutting off. At least my USB cable and PC can still charge my phone (albeit at a snail's pace.) The only way to get it to charge at all is to push and hold it into the outlet. When you let go it ever so slightly slips the tiniest bit out and stops charging (even when using a power outlet on the floor where gravity pushes it into the outlet!)
