Very disappointed and will be returning the product
I purchased this because the product shot shows the list of ingredients, which did NOT include phenoxyethanol. When I received the product, the packaging was different and did include this ingredient, which I was deliberately avoiding because it is toxic. Very disappointed and will be returning the product.
