NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN. This dehumidifier stopped working for us after only 3 months. It displayed an F0 error code, indicating that indeed it had malfunctioned, which according to the manual indicates that the Freon was lacking protection. Manual was not helping at all in resolving this malfunction code. Could not return to Amazon since it was outside the 30 day window and the manufacturer did not provide any direction on how to proceed with a malfunctioned unit. They also indicated that all shipping returns would be our responsibility.
