These clocks - I purchased two of them - worked flawlessly for about two weeks before failing. Succinctly, BOTH clocks fail to operate in the "snooze" and "alarm on" function. More pointedly, while the slider on BOTH of them worked, they had to be fiddled with over and over again for the "Zz" and "alarm" signal to show up. They are so delicate that the clock's signal would disappear when moving it from your hand to a tabletop. It was ridiculous. Further, this item was purchased SOLELY because Amazon listed it as an "Amazon Best Choice," which I now believe to be nothing more than a premium price paid by the vendor for marketing advantage. Summarizing, Amazon is playing a dangerous game with their reputation. I now go to Ebay regularly to find products that compete with Amazon because, quite simply, I do not believe Amazon cares about me as a customer.
