This pillow started out great! I loved it. I didn't have any neck or shoulder pain. Then after about one month, things changed. The pillow got very lumpy, it wouldn't give my neck any decent support, and my neck pain came back. I emailed the company and was told to wash it according to instructions. I already tried that, but I washed it again. It didn't help at all. I threw it out. Money wasted.
