Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have the older version of this and it worked well, had it for a few years until the trimmer head broke so I decided to get this one, thinking it would be better or at least somewhat the same. I WAS WRONG. This does not cut well near as good as the older version! Takes multiple passes when trying to trim hair perpendicular to the trimmer or even at different angles! It is even worse when trying to trim over the ear hair.
