Wow, what a piece of junk. I bought this for my first 3 day hike, which, judging from the description, it should have been perfect for. I drove six hours to the smoky mountains, got out of my car, put the backpack on, and it broke. I guess this is a very low end backpack, marketed as quality. I did not even have that much weight in my backpack. Even though the return was free I was forced to pay UPS 10 dollars for a cardboard box to return it in due to its abnormal size and time constraints on the return. Could not find any way to contact the company, even though they make it seem like they will help you with whatever problems you have.
