The umbrella is big and can easily fit 2 people under it. As far as wind, our first one caught a small gust of wind, flipped inside out and broke. We ordered a replacement so if it does the same thing then I’ll definitely be sending back for a refund. Update; I received my replacement umbrella and it was BROKEN! I inboxed and walked outside to use since it’s storming today and it’s broken in 3 places. I couldn’t even get it closed once opened. This umbrella is terrible and not worth the money. Do not purchase. Update 2: This company had someone from a random gmail account email me and ask me to delete my review and then they would refund me. Amazon already refunded me so I did not need theirs. However, they cannot pay me to delete an honest comment. It is unfortunate that I received broken items but that is what happened. Update 3: This company is STILL emailing me and asking me to remove my comments!! So ridiculous!
