I had it for a month and a half, using it about 7 times. It plugs up easily, which I was able to clean out, but this last time when I was really depending on it, it lost suction while using the wand. Thinking I could switch to the regular vacuum, I attempted to seat the wand back into the hose. It wouldn't seat. Since it was beyond Amazon's return date, I was transferred to Dyson to return it for repair. While customer service was polite and efficient, I was hugely disappointed in the vacuum itself. Paying more than I've ever paid for a vacuum cleaner ($350), I expected a LOT better performance than this. Don't waste your money! Don't buy this vacuum cleaner!
