Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Connected, backed up, and verified in June, when purchased. Went to access last week, and the same computer can't see it. Tried reboot, different computers, different USB slots, nothing. Waste of money. Most reviewers have no problems, but seeing the increasing negative reviews, there seems to be a trend I wouldn't trust this device with essential data. There are enough failures listed here to give you pause. And at $56, with no hope of an exchange, my advice is try another product. Why roll the dice?
