Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've waited years to finally put the money down for this vacuum. I wish I hadn't! The reviews on this vacuum from the "Experts" were glowing, but, none of them touched on what I now know is a common problem. It shuts down. It's said it's from overheating, or from a clog, or from wires that may have become detached. All I know is that I have only used it four times and the 4th time it kept shutting down completely. I changed an almost empty bag hoping that was the problem. Then went for help on the internet and seen how many people had this problem. I've done what I can at home, now I'll attempt a call to Miele. We'll see how that goes. I for sure will let you all know how that goes!
