Please be warned...First and foremost, the product DOES NOT WORK. My husband and I have both used it for over six weeks, as directed, and have seen zero results from it. We invested $375 in the unit, and two additional cartridges, and it was a total waste. We purchased this product from BESTSELLER21 as they had the best price and free shipping. Come to find out, they are NOT an authorized seller of the product and the company automatically VOIDS THE WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY on products sold by them. The funny thing is, EVERY seller (29 total!!) on Amazon is listed on the companies website as unauthorized!! Therefore, ALL sellers warranties are voided!! When we called the company and they told us this, we asked how an "unauthorized company" would be able to get the product to sell, they said "we don't know how they are getting it". Hmmm, you're the manufacturer of the product and you don't know how TWENTY NINE COMPANIES are getting it, and offering YOUR PRODUCT for sale?? If it smells like rotten fish... Bottom line, THIS IS A SCAM! They are selling a useless product through "unathorized retailers" so they never have to deal with a warranty or return issue! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
