Was really excited to try this toaster. First time using it, I saw a huge electrical spark across the top. Luckily my circuit breaker tripped before it started a fire. Unfortunately it completely killed the outlet and MY $400 EXPRESSO MACHINE THAT WAS ALSO PLUGGED IN (turned off). I cannot believe this product was released given all the safety concerns. I'm now out $600 + the cost of this junk. You've been warned.
