The major problem with this is that the 8 G of internal memory quickly downgrades to 5 G as the operating system uses this as well. And so I added a 64 G chip as suggested, but it turns out that it will not store music downloads and other items that I was planning to store--so the Prime music playlists I downloaded, about 8 of them for a total of 15 hours of music, filled up the internal memory completely. When that happens, wireless automatically disconnects and the tablet cannot be used for streaming. And none of the items I wanted to download to the 64 G SD card would download to that added memory--they all go to the very limited 5 G of internal memory. In addition, keys would freeze, music checked for deletion would not delete, programs that I tried to move to the SD card were added to the internal memory and SD card--overall a very poorly designed device, perhaps good for email, Skype, and a few books. I'm going back to my Kindle paperwhite for reading (3 times the battery life), Ipad for email, and Ipad Nano for music. I was hopeful, and still am, that Amazon would design a device where storage for everything was really expandable. At 5 G, its a toy for streaming.
