While I love, love, love the idea ... I'm sorry to see that I can't use it! As a woman of color, I'm not able to be put in a WHITE binder, nor is my mother who is still working 20 years after retiring from foolishly helping all kinds of people get meaningful employment instead of just getting jobs for Mormon priests, nor do my aunts who foolishly wasted their productive years teaching, etc., etc., etc. Maybe someone can ask our wonderful Chinese Overlords to make these in colors? Yellow, Black, Red and maybe Brown (providing it has papers)?
