The device measures my heart rate at about twice what it actually is. I went on the Wahoo support website and tried the various suggestions to get the device to measure correctly. None worked. I contacted Wahoo support by e-mail. In the e-mail, I briefly stated each of things that I had done to try and get the device to work, and provided a photo of a pulse rate measured by a blood pressure machine at the same time as my heart rate was being measure by TICKR. The photo documented the factor of two discrepancy. Wahoo support apparently did not read my e-mail, because all they did was send me a link to the web-page that I had already accessed to try and get the device to work. One of the suggestions on the web-page that I had not tried was to replace the battery on a new device. I even tried this, but it did not help. My experience is that TICKR does not measure my pulse accurately and Wahoo's e-mail support is not useful.
