We'd give it a negative rating if we could. Followed all instructions in set up. It worked fine for about two weeks with no problem. We weren't overly impressed with its killing prowess, but it decided to up its game and try to KILL US last night. When we took the dogs out for the last run of the night, one of the dogs refused to step outside. We heard a constant buzzing from the zapper and assumed that it was doing its thing to a swarm of insects. No - it was SPARKING and SMOKING and then FLAMING! Naturally, we unplugged the demon device, hose in hand in case we needed to put out a fire. Fortunately, it extinguished itself and our house is still here today. Obviously, we think people should NOT buy this death machine. Apparently, the way you never notice insects is because you are no longer alive to have them feast on you. AVOID!
