I bought a pair of these, and they were comfortable. Unfortunately the toe strap broke after owning them for 35 days. I followed the warranty procedure, which included photographs and a record of purchase. I was flabbergasted when the company wrote back saying the slippers showed excessive wear. I’m 64 years old and recently had both knees replaced. I can barely walk, let along wear them “excessively”. These guys are just crooks, and their product can’t stand up to a month’s normal use. One month and 4 days for $40.00. Really disappointing. I give these 5 stars for comfort and support, and one star for durability..
