Don’t waste your time buying this item. This soil meter is supposed to measure the moisture and pH level in the soil of your plants; additionally, it should measure the amount of sunlight that your plant receives. I’ve used the meter and received inaccurate and inconsistent readings. I’ve put two meters in the same plant & received different readings. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? As a result, I’ve darn near killed my fiddle leaf fig trees. I’ve, both, under-watered and overwatered my babies by tailoring the plant’s needs based on inaccuracies. Hopefully, I can bring them back to life. I figured I’d save someone else’s plants since mine are on life-support. Run! Run far away from this faulty device!
