Seriously the WORST experience ever. I was super excited to find this shower head, and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I installed it and discovered that without the water restrictor, the water felt huge and forceful and it's just a LOT of water falling out... But I thought, okay I can maybe love this. After all, everybody that reviewed it can't be wrong... Right? So fast forward, I'm in the shower. I wash my hair first, and I'm trying really hard to love the sheer volume of water just pouring out, but I really don't. It's like water from a big hose... It's big fat drops, but it's like there just isn't any style or class to the water, if that makes sense? No finesse that says elegance or quality at all. It's just big fat water pouring out. But that's not even the worst thing. The worst thing, the major problem with this shower head is that after I wash and rinse the shampoo out of my hair, I start on my face, I just barely get done washing my face and ears, when suddenly I am completely OUT OF HOT WATER. I seriously had to take a freezing cold shower. Goodbye luxury hopes, hello to a race against the clock, fastest shower of my life. And no, I do not have a small hot water heater. It's full sized and I've never had a problem with running out of hot water before this. It was just awful. The worst shower of my life. By the way, I even tried it with water restrictor on just in case that might make a difference... But when I do that, there is no distance to the water, it just falls almost straight down. No projection, so I didn't bother to use the shower like that. I'm returning it immediately for a refund, and I'm back to hunting for a new shower head. Hashtag sad face.
